Project Description
New home in Lancaster protects their garage floor with Epoxy Coatings
Installed Location: Lancaster (Lancaster County), Pennsylvania
Why install epoxy & polyaspartic coatings on a new concrete garage floor?
- The floor coatings protect the concrete from any chemical attacks. Road salts, oil and acids won’t eat the coatings.
- Professional garage floor coatings are not porous. The epoxy coatings are incredibly hard to stain but easy to clean.
- Even new concrete chalks off dust which gets tracked into the home. That situation is avoided with epoxy coatings.
That’s why these new homeowner asked their builders, Calabrese Good Architects, to work with us. After seeing our coating at the Pennsylvania Street of Dreams (back in 2013), they realized the value of having a professional garage coating applied before they ever moved into the home.

Lancaster – One of our hotspots for garage floor coatings
Lancaster county is one of our greatest concentrations of Pennsylvania residential customers. Several communities in Lancaster and Lititz contain dozens of Stronghold Floors customers. As early as 2005 (when we were the PremierGarage of Central Pennsylvania dealership), we applied coatings in two Lancaster Parade of Homes entries and coated several homes belonging to Lancaster area homebuilders.
The Bent Creek community in Lititz has featured Parade of Homes entries that featured our garage & basement coatings. It has over 3 dozen homes with our decorative chip floor coatings.
