Garage Floor in Maryland Gets Epoxy Coating
This garage in Bel Air, Maryland got a fresh decorative chip, epoxy coating professionally installed by STRONGHOLD FLOORS in 2012. The garage also features cabinetry we previously installed as PremierGarage of Maryland. This floor is comprised of:
- Base coat: 100% solids, pigmented epoxy with full broadcast of 1/4″ decorative flakes.
- Top coat: Clear, polyaspartic with 46 grit aluminum oxide.
- System color: York 1/4'' decorative chip flakes.
While the prior coatings were still structurally intact, the thin clear coat had visible wear in the tire paths on each bay.
Homeowner stayed with the same chip color, which looks great with the storage cabinets.
