2013 Model Home Gets a Garage Floor Coating
This two-story luxury home (built by Carlson Construction) features a side-facing three-car garage. The floor’s color was selected to work with the exterior stone finish.
The decorative chip floor coating in this garage is comprised of:
- Base coat: 100% solids, pigmented epoxy with full broadcast of our hybrid decorative flakes.
- Top coat: Clear polyaspartic with 46 grit aluminum oxide.
- System color: Lancaster 1/4'' decorative chips.
