The Model Home Garage Floor Coatings
This single-story garden home features a front facing two-car garage. The floor’s color was selected to work with the exterior stone finish.
This epoxy/polyaspartic decorative chip system is comprised of:
- Base coat: 100% solids, pigmented epoxy with full broadcast of 1/4″ decorative flakes.
- Top coat: Clear, polyaspartic with 46 grit aluminum oxide.
- System color: Berks 1/4'' decorative chip blend.
The home was featured in several 2013 events.
Our Projects with Roland Builder
Since our first Parade of Homes project with Roland Builder in 2005, we have completed at least one garage chip coating for each year’s Parade. In 2011, our coatings were featured in the Roland Builder entry for the PA Home-A-Rama. Besides models, our coatings are in several family members' garages. We have completed over two dozen projects for Roland homeowners to include:
