Three Rooms Coated in this Brand New Home
This massive garage, located in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, was part of a new home construction in a development just outside of the Deer Valley Golf Course. The garage consists of three separate rooms linked together by a hallway (that was also coated, of course). Two of these rooms faced the driveway, allowing four cars to be parked inside. The third room faced the backyard, perfect for storing a golf cart, lawnmower, or snow blower.
A Reznor heater had been installed in one of the two-car garages. We regularly recommend including heaters in garages, especially if the homeowner plans on spending a lot of time there working on their cars or other projects. We even created a blog post containing our recommendations for heaters!
The homebuilder chose our Somerset blend of decorative chips on medium gray epoxy. A clear, polyaspartic top coat was also applied on day two, with 46 grit aluminum oxide added for traction. Continue reading to see all of the pictures, including some before and after shots!
